I have an Acupuncture, Shiatsu and Massage practice within the leafy and peaceful suburb of Nether Edge. 4 Good Health is located on the ground floor,  opposite number 3 bus stop and has adjacent parking, so is easily accessible.

I provide two very different ways of accessing Acupuncture, Shiatsu and Massage. The first is by offering private consultations and the other is in a room with up to 3 others.  This means you can receive your therapy at a reduced rate, but without compromising on quality.

Annette co-founded Sheffield's first lower cost, multibed practice in 2009.  Due to the success of the multibed model of working she has developed her pratice and now co-manages 4 Good Health with Lisa Esmonde. 4 Good Health is Sheffield’s answer to offering private as well as lower cost, high quality therapies.

Multibed Consultations
Initial Private Acupuncture Consultation: £40 (acupuncture in shared space)
Follow-up sessions £25

Lower cost bodywork therapies are again offered in the multibed setting. Privacy is protected but the space is shared, so overheads are kept low and this is passed onto our clients.
